Game news & card spoilers
The game in manufacturing. Right now! We will have an updated timeline soon, but things are looking promising for either our original July fulfillment date or if the boat gods are angry, sometime in August.
In the mean time, let's take a sneak peak at an Auroxi fighter, the Spaceweaver. The Spaceweaver, like the other two weavers, levels up your attachments in a big way. When they occupy your gates, you may play attachments anywhere, rather than just in your back row. That's bad news for your opponents who are trying not to get shot in the face by an Ice bolt.
Even better - Attachments can be played on friendly fighters, making them especially good in 2v2 games.
Hammer time & Origins
We (which is what I refer to myself and this Demon Hammer that talks to me) will be attending Origins Game Fair this month at Booth 622! Come find us (again, me and the Demon Hammer pictured above) and we (again, Demon Hammer) will greet you and play Gudnak with you! Advice: let the Demon Hammer win.

PRINT READY!!!
Mark you calendars. Mark your friend's calendars. For today is the day that you found out that Gudnak, which is a expandable tactical card game played on a 3x3 grid that you might have heard of, is fully ready to print!
That means that ink and paper are about to become friends and forming themselves into wonderful squares with which you will WAGE BATTLE. Do you want to see some of the cards? FINE!
I unintentionally selected so many cards with flying creatures in them and now I'm wondering if there's something wrong with me. Do I long for the freedom of open air flight? Do I crave the thrill of defying gravity? Do I just want to go see Wicked again?

PAX East
Since we last spoke, we went to PAX East! Its our hometown convention so we went BIG! Two hundred square feet big, which coincidentally was around the size of my first college apartment.
Things were going great but then this guy showed up and tried to steal the sword of the Everking. But then we were all like "Wah!" and he said "Waaaah" and so it all worked out.
Origins Booth Staff!
We will be trying our darndest to recreate the magic of PAX in the Midwest. How? Unsure. BUT we need your help! We're looking for 3 individuals passionate about Gudnak who would like to teach the world about its square card glory. For this you will receive:
- Gudnak Tshirts for each day you work
- Entry into Origins Game Fair
- Food stipend
- (If applicable) Hotel stipend

What a wonderful month Frebruary was. There was definitively more Gudnak played during March than any other month in history. Our highlights included intense playtesting (that included both the inclusion, removal and eventually reinclusion of the Trebuchet), creation of some truly silly things for PAX (we own a sword now?), and finishing up some major steps to production.
Discord and Online Play
First and foremost, it's finally time to make good on your New Year's Resolution and join our discord. Why? Because I post dynamite non-email updates there on an irregular basis!
Also, you can play GUDNAK THERE. WITH OTHER PEOPLE!
"How?" you ask.
"Using the internet." replies an unexpected voice.
"How did you get into my house?" you reply, startled as you flick on a lightswitch.
"…" the hideous creature pauses, startled by the light.
"No, seriously who are you? And why is your face that way?" you insist.
"K, bye" shouts Ian Oliver, co-designer of Gudnak and renowned home burglar, as he runs away.

[January Update] Core set to printer, Tabletop Simulator & THE WANDERER

Happy end of January!
It's been quite a freakin month for your favorite square card game that begins with the letter "G". (Was that a safe enough assumption?) We've got some awesome news on how things are going.
Core set sent to the printer
The core set and its glorious 168 cards, double sided board, and cool insert have been sent to the printer! If things go to plan, we will have core sets available at PAX East fo you all to pick up! This is good news. Celebrate accordingly.
Tabletop Simulator READY
This is a link to the Tabletop Simulator mod for Gudnak! It contains the entire core set in it. You can play it today! You could even play it tomorrow! But whatever you do, don't play it on Sunday.
Did you want to find friendly people and/or Ian to play Gudnak with? Did you want to tell our artist how good she is at…art? Come join our discord to do those things.

Secret stuff for PAX EAST
Don't tell anyone but I think we might have cool things for sale at PAX East. Due to local laws I can only show you a few pixels of this thing and it has to be hidden at the bottom of this update.
We're also thinking of hosting a TOURNAMENT post your predictions for who will win and which prize support you'd be most psyched for in the thing below.

Fulfillment UPDATE! An amazing campaign finish and timeline

Wow what a heck of a ride that was! We just woke up after an epic post-campaign celebration. We spent four hours alternating screaming at the top of our lungs about how much joy we were experiencing.
But what you all want to know is – what happens now? Well this handy-dandy graphic is here to tell you.
We have a wonderful crew running our discord that are doing all sorts of cool things. Coordinating online matches, making fun of Ian and participating in playtesting. Check it out.
